Dear Gautam,

There are some methods for mundane Jyotish that I cannot agree to.

The birth chart of any nation is of Vital importance. There are other

methods where the picture is very clear. There is nothing new about the

Russian intervention on 31st March. See my earlier mail on this. I had

prayed that this intervention will lead to peace, which will come from

POORNIMA as the WAR has started from ASTAMI.

The Jan 15 Chart has another implication as well and is one method

of seeing mundane astrology. It is called the Saura Chakra. Another is also

drawn for 15th July called Chandra Chakra for the Dakshinayana.

There is a difference between a "NEW ORDER" and a 'NEW GOVERNMENT".

The new order is generally seen when the old order collapses and new ideas,

methods or principles are seen. This is the basis of the birth chart of

Nations. Narayana Dasa is the Key to divination. There is another

method...Tajaka jyotisha.

In case you follow the system of Varahamihira, then first list out

all the regions in this world under the different signs & constellations.

Then the transits become meaningful otherwise, it is only intuition (Guru

Kripa).

As regards progress of the Yugoslavia War, Ketu is in Capricorn and

can show its results on Truteeya i.e. 3/4th April will see the Aggression/

Passion of the allies diminishing considerably.

I have not heard from you for a while, I hope every thing is OK.

I was trying to follow Yugoslavia's charts, as explained by Narasimhaji, but

I

think I bit more than I can chew there are too many variables, so I will

stick

to learning regular astrology first. I need to master this first. But

there

are a number of questions that arise. Now Russia has come into the picture.

So, one should look at its chart. But, USSR is dead and we have a new birth

time for Russia, but I do not have it. On the other hand, why do we take

the

new birth time? They are going back to old Russian Government, so why not

the

old birth date, if there is one?

Similarly, then why do we take January 15 for India? Is not India eternal

or

at

least very old? What birth time did they use for India before 1947? There

are

issues that does not come in a human date of birth, a nations birth is some

thing more complex.

Finally, your books have been purchased, and they should be with me around

the

middle of the April. It was a long wait and I am looking forward to them.

For

your information, my friends first tried to get it in Calcutta (College

Street,

where all kinds of books are available), but there was no luck. So, they

then

tried directly with the publisher in Delhi, via Email. This means that it

is

available only with the publisher and no where else, at least not in

Calcutta.
