Now that bombs are falling in Yugoslavia, an area that was that saw the beginning of the World War I, what do you all say? Is this the beginning of something more far reaching, or is it a localized war, that will not spread? Will the NATO countries behave as Austria did in 1914, or will the Russian Federation go the way of Czarist Russia?
