It will be a great help if you kindly give me some light on these. 1.Does the Rath's Rule work only with the Paka Lagna ? ( For example If I wanted to find the Vedic date of an event relating 3rd house matter; should I look at 10th from the sign where 3rd lord occupied in the 1-D and /or 3-D charts ?)
