Hello everyone,

I do apologize to every one of you that I offended by my earlier posts. It was

not my intention to upset anyone. Sometimes people can help other people just

by listening. I never expect anyone to agree with me & it usually surprises me

when someone does. I know that everyone has their very own opinion about every

single thing in existence. I will listen to anyone's point of view...not just

to those whose opinions agree with mine. I'm sure that there exists in

everyone's personal chart moments of anger & frustration along with those of

love & happiness. If you think that I am wrong...tell me so...nicely *please*

if possible...& "thank you" to those of you that have done so. I value

everyone's opinion on every topic, even if they happen to be at times, strongly

expressed.~Robin~

*Cause And Effect * May Be Deleted or Ignored If You So Choose *

For Anyone That May Be Interested In An Explanation

Please know in advance that it is lengthy.

To come to the aid of my own defense, I would like to try to possibly explain

the events that have seemed to affect me in such a dramatic & drastic way. I

have spent many hours over the past several months within the walls of the

Criminal Justice Center located in Houston, TX. I have spent time watching

murder trials, & the trials of those *accused* of various misdeamnors &

felonies. I have seen alleged murder weapons & listened to hours of various

testimony, plea bargains, convictions, etc. I can tell you now after doing

so...and this is in my opinion only....not the entire collective opinion of the

Western world...not everyone is guilty of the crimes that are alleged against

them by officers of the law. Many of the those officials do make

mistakes...and this I know firsthand...not as hearsay. A member of my family(my

son) was wrongly accused by a law enforcement offical (one day before

his 18th birthday)...and this was later proven to be true by the District

Prosecuting Attorney. This incident cost our family several thousands of

dollars to "prove" his innocence. This in no way echoes the

statement..."Innocent until proven guilty." Those convicted of crimes are not

immediately released after charged. A bond is required in most cases & the

amount is not refunded. If I had not posted the set bond of $10,000.00 for my

son, he would have set in jail for four months, which is the amount of time

that it took for the completion of his case & he would have lost his job.

After his case was closed...I did not receive a refund of any cash.

Apparently, was the price that is required for his freedom. He was ordered to

appear for a court date & when that date arrived the city of Houston & it's

surrounding cities were under flash flood warnings with active flooding in

progress.

When I called the morning of that date to ask that the appearance be

rescheduled, I was told that regardless of whether the city had flood warnings

or not, his date could not be reset & that he must appear. If he did not

appear, I was told that a warrant would be issued for his immediate arrest. I

ask myself why a state & country endanger the very lives of those they claim to

protect. I don't see the logic, personally. I've seen judges in courtrooms

while court is in session munching on candy & drinking liquids that are on

their desks, while the sign on the door outside their very own courtroom reads,

"No food, drink, or cell phones allowed in the courtroom". I've seen a judge &

attorneys (many court-appointed) sitting for hours doing absolutely nothing for

days at a time. This is such a gross & blatant misuse of taxpayer money. It

just sickens me to know how hard some people work for their money to know that

their

All-American tax-dollar is being used in such a manner. I have definitely been

alot of a stress for a very long time & for many more reasons than those that I

have mentioned. So, I would like to ask that everyone forgive me. I do know

that everything happens for a reason & that destiny rules. I do know that a

loving God truly exists & that he loves everyone equally. It might be possible

that when the moon arrived at 23 Gemini...and made the conjunction with my natal

mars(Rx) (which at the time of my birth was also caught up in a mutual reception

with mercury)...that I had a momentary lapse of reason. Again, if you are still

reading this...I do apologize & ask for your forgiveness. Thank you again for

listening.

~Robin~
