Guest guest
Samhain morning just set me free Walking in the park I felt free to be me What I’ve learned in the past by destiny Came rushing forth quite forcefully Oh happiness, glee and torment free As the great sun shined down upon me At a heavy angle up here in the North On this Samhain morning twas shining forth The past Celts, Hindus, Latins and more Celebrated this day of death with their lore Tis when the great Sun is in his sign of pain That’s the day the Kings kneel, and we call it Samhain We silence the past, as the Sun takes a bow Quiet the mischief of the haunts ghostly row We feed off the spirits so they’ll leave us alone Here in this prison of muscle on bone I want to rise, yes rise again Out of Libra, to better times ascend I am the Sun, I have power in me I am bright, and shine happily I want to feel power, rushing in me I want to be happy, strong and free So feed off the darkness on this samhain night Send them all back to where er they might Oh Sun Oh Sun of Samhain morn I walked in you and wasn’t torn No in fact I felt good, and happy in you Death is in your domain, but it’s a part of me too But as things die, new things are born Nature abhores a vacuum, by one it is torn So it fills it in, with maybe good things anew Samhain, Bealtaine, Whatever! I grew!
