Dear astrologers, Yesterday night my wife started feeling sick all of a sudden she complained of nausea, weakness and explained that she felt like weeping. I asked whether she has had some bad experiences during the day, the answers was negative. The next suspicision was that an earthquake was brewing somewhere near Delhi. I took scorpio as the possible lagna for earthquake. And just a few minuites ago at around 9.22 am, Delhi, today, 8-oct-3-05, the earth started shaking. There was a strange sound as if a gigantic mill were being rolled. A constsnt screeching sound. But, strangely, this sound was not heard by anyone else except me in my neighbourhood. I had predicted a potential for disaster on November 3/4 when Mars makes a planetary aspect on the debilitated Scorpio Moon one month following the October 3 Virgo New Moon eclipse. And this morning when the Kashmir earthquake occurred, Mars was again aspecting the Scorpio Moon just following the Sun-Ketu conjunction at 19* Virgo on October 6; again, it seems triggered from the Virgo Eclipse. Mars seems to predominate this eclipse cycle again building to the Aries Full Moon on October 17/18. I hope you are safe from harm. In Islamabad, capital of Pakistan, many buildings have collapsed including some foreign embassies. If seen from Pakistan's horoscope, 14th aug 1947, time zone: 5.30 East of GMT, 23.30, Lahore, the ascendent lord mars is retrograde today, the fourth house natal saturn is exactly replicated in transit along with similar jupiter in seventh house. The fourth lord is in eighth house in debiliation. Fourth house is also called Pataal Bhav(sub-terrainean). It is primarily seen in earthquake related cases. Second house (family, wealth) lord is today in eighth too. Fifth house (masses) lord is in sixth in transit with ketu. All conditions were ripe for devastation and the national capital has been badly hit. The dasha is also of venus-saturn-jupiter. India, too will face much problems in next one year because the natal jupiter and saturn are being replicated in transit. All the ills and problems that plagued India and Pakistan when they became independent will revive themselves. Jupiter in Libra aspected by saturn has never been good for India and pakistan. Such combination was seen twice earlier, once when both countries were partitioned and made independent and second time when East Pakistan (Bangladesh) turmoil began in 1969-70. Do you see then Rahu in H 12 of this chart as a karmic factor, especially since Rahu opposed the Pakistan H-6 Virgo Sun-Ketu conjunction (again I think aspected by TR Saturn)? I think there was a similar scenario enacted in the New Orleans Hurricane Katrina disaster with the karma of this nation's black-white populations also a warning sign to redress past wrongs (again brother oppressing brother) between the US government and African-Americans, although I'm uncertain where the astrological aspects would indicate that. But I think these are the issues in both countries, the US and India/Pakistan, that these hard- hitting disasters are bring to the awareness of the collective consciousness at this time.
