Hello Panditji,

I do not know why you are experiencing what you say. You are basically saying

that overall the program has stopped working. That is not reported, ever.

But, anything is possible with computers. I don’t know right away what

to say about that.

Perhaps you could right to me personally again, and say what exactly happens

when you try these different features, like, does it just freeze, does it give

a message, etc.

The most important thing is to save your data. I can replace your program, but not your data.

So save the filed called either “Data_med” or

“Data_lrg”. Find this or these in the GorJyoV2 program folder on

your C drive. Save that file aside, into another folder or onto a CD perhaps.

Then, lets get you the 2.5 update. It’s just like 2.26. When you install

that, actually, 2.5 will NOT overwrite your current data, so you are safe. But

you are really safe if you save your datafile.

Then, you can put it back into the 2.5 installation and start working again.

You could also set the datafile aside as I said, and reinstall 2.26. Then put

the datafile back. That should work too.
