Guest guest Posted April 22, 2006 Report Share Posted April 22, 2006 Dear John, A neechbhanga rajyoga happens when the lord of the sign of debiliation or the lord of the sign of exaltation of the debiliated planet, is in strong placement (own house or exaltation) in kendra from moon or ascendent. This is the pure definition of neechbhanga rajyoga. In Swati's horoscope, mercury is debiliated and neither mercury itself(lord of virgo) nor jupiter (lord of pisces) are in strong positions in kendra from moon or lagna. The neechbhanga will not take place only by jupiter being exalted here, even if it aspects pisces. All her problems have arisen because mercury has not undergone neechbhanga. It is debiliated and also in malefic company of mars, a functional malefic for virgo ascendent. Mercury always looses it own nature when in company of other planets. It acts as a malefic with malefics and a benefic with benefics.
