Maharishi Jaimini has a gold mine of astrological observations that jyotishis should apply in their modern day chart analyses. For example, the slokas relating to the navamsha lagna and the karakamsa should be applied to the arudha lagna as well. As such, the jyotishi can better understand the breadth of an individual's cosmic potential.
