Dear Friends,

 

The horoscope clearly suggests that the girl married an inferior yet a

knowledgeable person. There are indications of two marriages as well.

 

The girl was born on an amavasya day.

 

Rahu's transit over the 5th house under Jupiter's aspect indicates that the

lover must be an inferior person but still doing good otherwise. Jupiter is

also aspecting the 7th house in transit which indicates marriage taking place.

Therefore I can say that the plans must have taken shape after

August/September'04 and once they must have failed in doing so.

 

Rahu is posited in 9th house and aspecting the lagna and the 5th house

corrupting ones mind and soul. Rahu is aspecting both Sun, Moon & Mercury in

natal chart as well as in transit which must have damaged one's foreseight to

perceive one's family image. Jupiter the significator of family was under the

malefic influence of Saturn, Rahu & Ketu. Jupiter also indicates love affair

same way it can also be said that since Venus occupies the 2nd house i.e. 8th

from 7th house (from Moon, Sun & Lagna) the marriage may not last long. Over

mercury-venus-saturn pratyantar - mercury & venus are both connected with

(old friend infact).

 

In other aspects the chart is good indeed i.e. career, income, personality etc.

Exchange of lagna lord and 10th lord is very good indeed. Moon is in Lagna that

happens to be the 9th lord. Lagna comes under shubhakartari yoga that is good

again. So, otherwise she is going to prosper in life.

Dear sir,

as her brother I am giving more clear information for analysis..

 

on 13-06-2005 we met her at her school and tried to forcibly bring her

home, but for our shocking she refused to come after persued by some

100 people also. every body said " the person u married is already

married & has a 7year old daughter, his 1st wife is alive, pls go to

home" , but my sister didn't agreed

 

you are absolutly right , as this relation got developed before 1 year

it self ,we are planning to bring her home by using official power.

 

IS IT ADVISBLE? WHEN CAN WE EXPECT HER RETURN &SEPERATION WITH HIM

?

as 2nd from U.L has mars,saturn aspect --it will break any way!!

if we see 8th house also for the end of 1st marriage !!!

Dear Rakesh,

The best way out of this problem is to contact the

first wife of the person your sister married. Under Hindu Marriage act, if

she complains against her husband's second marriage, he will be prosecuted

by law and punished. The second marriage will be considered annuled too.

People like him are usually not ready to leave their first spouse

when given a choice between first and second one.

I have thoroughly gone through your sister's chart. There is a strong

possibility that she will return to family fold, granted that her birth data

is correct, which again I doubt. Her horoscope shows a perfectly arranged

marriage and a very good understanding with parents, especially father.

Recheck her birth time. A libra ascendent explains her present condition

better than scorpio.
