Guest guest
Dear sri Meghna ( going by ur email id) Thank you for your observations on Vakri planets. It would have been better if you could have provided the entire chart for our study for as u know all things are integrated and it is never advisable to comment on one part without studying the whole planetary configuration. any way since your Guru is Atmakaarak its effect would be greatly modified for it would be giving its effect not as vakri only but also as Atmakaarak. And sometimes Atmakaarak in gives very bad results in its Bhukty. PAAKESAADHIKGASYA BHUKTAUH STHHANACHYUTIHAANISCH. ( Jaatak Tatwa of Mahaadeva) ( during the BHUKTI of Atmakaarak , the native may suffer the loss of position /status and wealth) However as u say it is in Capricorn 6th from your Lagna , I suppose your Lagna is Leo. Now for Leo Lagna Jupiter is the lord of 5th and 8th , as such it is not a pure benefic and posited in 6th not so good house. so despite the fact that it is strong being retrograde as it is placed in a bad house and is the lord of 8th you can not expect full result from such a Jupiter. Now suppose a planet is in exaltation but at the same time is the lord of a dustaana and occupies a evil house would it give its effect totally in a benefic manner? even so as you have mentioned you have got good results despite the evil placement and lordship of evil house and in debilitation , speaks well of the dictum that a retrograde benefic is very strong even if placed in debilitation. had it been direct instead of retrograde its period would have spoiled you totally. still i fear it would have some odd effects in regard to putra bhava ..( you have said u have got very good results in u r case) if from your chandra Lagna strong neutralizing factors are not there. Also , a Veeparita Raajayoga is produced as the 8th lord is placed in 6th As I have seen people during the period of retrograde Jupiter getting teachers who are Pure BRAHMINS well versed in Vedas and dharma , I do not agree with your observation that vakri planets can give out-caste teachers . this is also not supported by classical or modern authorities on Vedic astrology. I agree with your observation that sometimes results do come from others failures. Guest guest
Certainly interesting observations. To complete the set of data, I will provide you with remaining placements. If you wish, I can provide more accurate (down to the sec.) data. Simha lagna, Mesha Rashi, Ashwini Nakshatra. Rahu in 5th house, Vakri guru in 6th, Mangal in eigth, Chandra in ninth, Surya, Shani, Ketu in 11th Shukra, Buddh in 12th. We disagreed on the nature of guru (teacher) for this placement. My observation of outcast or unconventional teacher was due to the placement of guru in makar rashi. Being vakri also, the unconventional teacher turned out to be a brilliant guru of vedanta. That is how I interpreted it. I hope we can have an interesting discussion. I again hope that the list moderator will speak on this topic, because he will have some valuable intuitive knowledge.
