Guest guest
Dear Gurudatta Dash V 2.5 is a minor upgrade. It had to be done for the Panchang, so I put in a few other little things that had caused many calls. Here's the list. Goravani Jyotish V 2.5 Improvements/Features 1. The Panchang and Entries/Exits features have had their data extended, in other words, they now run for well into the future. The Panchang has been increased up to 2035, and the Entries/Exits data has been increased up to the year 2020. 2. The installers have been updated to sense your operating system, so there is no more "checking which version of Windows you have" and on the Mac, it now installs a version which is OSX ready, even though it still runs in Classic mode, at least it doesn't need the "Patch" that version 2.26 needed. 3. There is now an un-installer. 4. The installation is more smooth and easy. 5. The installer now places an icon on your desktop automatically. 6. Your old datafile is not over-written, so you can export and import your data later if need be. You don't have to worry about losing your data during this installation. 7. The KP chart printouts now respond to your glyph or letter settings correctly, and the KP horary system now works better. 8. The windows bug which created a box covering part of the chart has been removed. 9. The bug that caused the graphs to sometimes disappear has been fixed. 10. The new installer manuals are a bit better, giving more helpful information with less words. Ree MacQuoid

I don't have something else. It loops because it ran out of data. When I built the software I ONLY HAD data for the Panchang up to 2004. I relied on outside souces for Hindu Month change dates not wanting to program the adhik maas code myself. So, then subsequently I got more data, and have released it in the form of the upgrade. I charged for it because I needed to personally. Thanks, Ree MacQuoid
