Hi rakesh,

saw your birth chart in which mars is a yoga karaka planet which is debilated

and placed in 12 house, which has made it very very weak, you are suppose to

wear a good quality red coral of 9 crts set in ring made of gold and copper

(with bottom open) on a Tuesday after sunrise on your ring finger with a good

quality ruby of 3 crts set in gold and wear it on ring finger on Sunday after

sunrise or if possible set both red coral and ruby in gold and copper and wear

it as a pendant or a bracelet. Never wear pearl or moonstone as moon is ruling a

dustahana (12th house) you can pacify moon by giving donation and do charity

work and fasting on Mondays.

Narasimhadev, for debilitated Mars and worship Lord Krishna for pacifying

moon.

Dear Rakesh,

Though the coral would be recommended, which would ward off bad

transitional effects of mars (transiting sagitarius where mars gives 0

points in ashtakavarga), it may not be suitable to wear ruby, as sun is

avayogi and also has a bad company (lord of 12 and enemy - venus).

Also, Lord Narasimha would be worshipped for Mars when Mercury is involved

in the affliction. when you want to propitiate only Mars, it would be Lord

Subramanya or Mars himself.

Please note that Neechabhanga would occur when a debilitated planet becomes

retrograde. the rajayoga (a kind of) which you have is due to exchange of

houses between Moon and Mars (parivartan yoga), which is not very effective

now, as the dasha is somebody else's (Venus). You may continue to chant for

Moon as advised by other respected astrologers.

corrections/suggestions are welcome, as I am also learning.

As there is parivarthana between mars& moon presently I am wearing

whitecoral in silver on right hand ring finger prescribed an

astrologer(using jaimini sutras!!!!!)

presently I am facing career problem(no job) since 2 years after a

good education , so is it important to care the aspect of mars on

Dear Rakesh,

There is no neechbhanga in your horoscope. Don't be

under that illusion. The planets in debiliation are influencing your career,

confidence and health very adversely. Has anyone ever told you that this

rashi exchange has made you highly prone to cardiac problems? Wear only a

ruby in ring finger in copper or gold. And get yourself checked for heart

troubles frequently.

Hi,

I have a doubt / question here as according to what I

have learned so far, the gemstone of any planet placed

in 6th, 8th or 12th (exception lagna lord) should not

be prescribed.

Also, mars is bhadkesh for leo lagna. So would not it

better to suggest yellow sapphire (to reduce the

effect of malefic mars and kuja dosha)

I request gurus / learned member to kindly comment on

this.

I think if the lords of the 6/8/12 houses are in any of the 6/8/12

houses there is no harm wearing the gems.

But why wear gems, instead feed the needy and animals, it it instant karma.

Thats my belief.

Hi Babu,

Gemstones of lords of 6th, 8th and 12th?? The lords

of these planets are functionally malefic and it will

increase the negative effects of the planets.

Are you saying this because of VRY (if exists) or for

the reason that malefic planets in dusthanas will

destroy the negative effects of the house in which it

is placed.

By the way, what does 'VRY' mean?

If the lords of the 6/8/12 are in 6/8/12 they cause a ' Vipareet Raja

Yoga', so if they are weak they can be strengthened,

But if the mooltrikona rashi of these malefic planets fall in any of

the benefic kendra or trikona house, it could be disasterous! Then the

lords of the trikona are always benefic and dramatic. So donation is OK.

I do not follow any text for this, just learnt the basics and have built

up from there.

in particular the "mooltrikona rashi of the malefic planet".

I myself, I have Vipareet Raja Yoga

(my details: Born 21 Sep 1956, 7:04 am, Bad Homburg vdH, Germany).

So there is lord of 8th (Mars) in 6.House. This mars describes me also

as a physicist - aquarian science. But mooltrikona rashi of mars is in

8 house, so not so really bad a problem. Indeed I face ups and downs in

life, but it seems that after a down there are always ups coming after.

However, I know somebody (details Diana: Born 17 Jan 1965, 8.56 am,

Hamburg Germany), there is also Vipareet Raja Yoga.

Lord of 6th in 12. But mercury is also lord of 9 which is mooltrikona

rashi of mercury. During her mercury dasa she studies medicine, but

Hi Christian,

Your friend Diana is running KE/VE/VE. ( Her chart attached)

Although the VENUS is yogakara, she won't give expexted results because

she is in the naxatra of the KETU who again is in the naxatra of the

MERCURY and the Mercury is a lord of the 6th house

The sub period of Venus will give her mixed results, Venus being a

benefic planet and positioned in the 12th house.

Her health suffers because the 8th lord sun is in the lagna and less

than 5 degrees (infant) and in the sign of his enemy, the SATURN.

And note the conjunction of the.VENUS and the MERCURY.

That is my understanding but someone from the list, please advise.

Hi Babu,

thank you for your short quick analyis.

I infer from your letter that mercury is not a good planet (well, she is

smart) in my friend's chart, in spite of Vipareet Raja Yoga, because the

association with ketu through the nakshatra lord relation.

I often fear very much for her mental condition. Do you have any idea

how much must I fear and when something "dramatic" might happen, in the

current ketu dasa?

In her chart the MOON, although of its own house, the CANCER is utterly

weak because it is at 0:15 and according to some aspected by the

KETU.So the coming KETU/MOON period from 27/08/2006 will be trying for her.

Besides that, The 8th lord SUN aspects the MOON from the First house,

so KETU/SUN period does not look promising.

It is difficult to say. I would like others from the group to advise on

this.

The SATURN for her is the Lagna Lord and its in the 2nd house in the

AQUARIUS sign and from there it aspects the 8th house, the house of

which its a significator, significator of life.

The SATURN enhances the qualities of the 8rth house and it gives long

life to a person.

In the 2nd house it has given her a good educatin and from the 2nd it

aspects the 4th house where the JUPITER is situated, another sign of a

good quality education. Likewise long life but few friends.

Its the MOON. When the SATURN passes over MOON or near the MOON it could

make her depressed and sad.

Ask her to chant SHIVA'S MANTRA: MRUTYUNJAYA OR AUM NAMAH SHEEVAY.

Hi Babu,

VRY - Vipreet Raja Yoga

So if we wear the gemstones of 6th, 8th, 12th lords,

won't they give more struggle. As VRY is success after

intial struggle.

Or better way is not to wear gemstones while struggle

time and wear them at the time of results LOL

Hi,

Just my 2 cents. The best remedy for sadhesati that

worked for me is to light a lamp (mustard oil) in

front of Shanidev on saturday after sunset. After

reciting the lamp, I read Shani Chalisa.

May be you can try the same.
