Guna Milan and Mangalik dosha balancing

Hello to all,

This group has a lot of jyotishis from India and abroad. I

present two birth details. Please study them and tell whether they

have a future together as husband and wife. Boy:15-9-1970, 23.00,

Allahabad, India 25N57 81E50. Girl:5-10-1973, 4.58 hrs, Meerut, India

29N00 77E42.

They are both mangalik and their Gunas are 31.5. Is this enough to

say that they are compatible or some further interpretations are

required. Please advice.

Anyway, I am adding some more details about this couple. Both are

doctors. They got married in apr'99. The separated in jun,00. Their

divorce case is in court since jun'02. This a classic case where all

mangalik balancing and guna matching have failed. Their birth data is

absolutely correct.

Dear Vatsyayana,

Mangal Dosha is the least harmful of all doshas

that affect marital life. Out of twelve houses in horoscope, if mars is

present in five the mangal dosha is there, at first sight, and the native is

considered a 'mangalik'. These houses are 12th, 1st, 4th, 7th and 8th. In

south India, 2nd house is also included in this group. I too believe in that

theory and it is logically correct too. That increases the mangal dosha

related houses to six; i.e half the total houses in a horoscope which means

that almost half the population of this world could be having mangal dosha.

This gives rise to the question that whether being a mangalik is a dosha or

not being one is.

Further, mangal dosha from moon, venus and seventh lord in lagna and

in Navamsa are also calculated. This way almost no one can escape this

dosha. When every one is mangalik then what is the need for balancing

mangal dosha for marriage.

I can show you many horoscopes where despite mangal dosha balancing, the

marital happines was short-lived due to either disease, death or divorce. I

have found mercury, saturn, jupiter, rahu and sun being more harmful to

marriage, in increasing order, than mars.

The boy has lagna lord in sixth house and seventh lord with sun and

retrograde mercury. Ketu only added to the volatility of mars and mercury.

The girl's horoscope has a debiliated seventh lord and no benefic having any

aspect on seventh. This leaves sun and saturn free to take the relationship

apart by their aspects.

I have seen many a couple with eight gunas or eleven gunas, or with

only one of them having mangal dosha, leading a very happy married life.

Some of them got married thirty years ago and that too without matching

horoscopes.

That is because there are other strengths.

 

1. Muhurtha taking advantage of good timing in marriage. What is lacking in

Rasi, can be covered up by Muhurtha. Rasi problem can be resolved by

Muhurtha solution.

2. Daiva Bala, strength of Supreme Lord blessed on the couple.
