Nigala drekkana???

Hi Ben,

I really like all of Dr. Charak's books and recommend

them.

Yes, it does sound like the sarpa drekkanas are within

the nakshatra gandanta of water constellations, except

for the Scorpio sarpa drekkanas being the first 2.

I see why you are thinking that the Nigala drekkana

may be the other drekkanas of the water signs...maybe

so.

I think that Nigala in Sanskrit means the throat or

neck of a horse, but now I am curious too what this

could mean! I looked up the drekkanas in Brihat Jataka

but see no mention of this word.

Are there any other members who know what Nigala

Drekkana is?

Thanks,

Juliana Swanson

Dear friend,

Nigala Drekkana is mysteriously useful in deciding suicide cases.

It would be useful also to refer to classical text PHALADEEPIKA

by Mantreswara

regards

KAD
