Whereas I am concerned, I can give the time-period of marriage after Aug., 2007. Mer in own Star (Nakshatra) and sub of Venus. Venus is the Lord of 1st and 8th House and situated in 8th. All these Houses do not signify marriage except in 10% of cases (that can be sorted out by K.P. Horary). So, the marriage is not possible upto Mercury Inter Period and that will end around the end of year 2007. So, he should postpone his Question of Marriage near around the end of year 2007.
