Lat & Long in ancient times

Since I do not understand lat and long theory completely, I have two doubts, one

of them below:-

 

1. In ancient times in old india, what were the lat long co-ordinates of Delhi,

Madras etc were it the same as in current times.

 

If this is a foolish question pls correct me kindly.
