Unless they were like a rapid mad dog crazy bonkers danger human flesh eating mass murdering gone nuts wants to die animal human weirdo thing. But as for drug lords, nope, just make em work somewhere. Prisons should be factories. Make Œem useful, not just lockups, and pay Œem, at least low wages, saved up for Œem for when they get out. Makes sense. Instead of sending jobs overseas, send jobs to prisons in the US. Cheap labor, good policy. I¹m not into killing, capital punishment. That¹s one quick little error in my last post. You see, it¹s part pent up angry sarcasm from which I speak. If I were TRULY dreaming up governmental policy, I¹d be more careful.
