Guest guest
Hi Noel Yes, I believe I will sell you the books for $300 including shipping, well, depending on where you are. Australia? Do I remember that right? That might cost the whole $300, in which case, no. I have to go to my storage unit and get the box out of storage, have it weighed and priced at the post and at UPS to see what it will be So let me know your address. Thanks! Das Goravani, Pres. Guest guest
Yes, the books, I want to sell them ALL TOGETHER AT ONE SALE I have an offer already from Noel. Someone else could make an offer, otherwise I'm looking to sell them to Noel at this time. I don't want the work of selling them one at a time or such. I'm way too busy. Das Goravani, Pres. Guest guest
Hi Anita, See the following website. These books are the best. Don't waste your time and money elsewhere. These are a set of 10 small booklets which you can read and put into practice within a few months. Otherwise, vedic astrology is like an ocean (with rules and counter rules and exceptions) that will take many life times to learn. http://www.yournetastrologer.com/books.htm I wish you all the very best. Guest guest
Hi Anita, The books found at http://www.yournetastrologer.com/books.htm as suggested below, are the books of "systems approach" and not traditional vedic astrology. systems approach is a system with complete different rules, and is developed by one astrologer from Delhi, India, named mr few years back. Systems approach is totally different from what we call to be "Vedic Astrology". It has a total different set of rules. As an example, if your Moon and Rahu are apart for 6 degrees, but in the same sign, systems approach (SA) will consider that they are "not conjunct", and SA will consider that Rahu is not afflicting Moon at all in this case. Bec SA considers conjunction and aspect only for 5 degrees. Similarly, if your Asc is 10 degree Aries, then planets only in 5-15 degree of ANY HOUSE will afflict it, otherwise, not. SA has many other own rules quite different from pure vedic astrology. I do not say SA works, or does not. I similarly neither suggest nor decline the books. I just say you the facts, and one thing for sure that if you study these books then you will be studying "systems approach" and not "vedic astrology". Because systems approach is systems approach itself and not "vedic astrology", nor it was accepted to be so. The ultimate prove is that, the systems approach list is called, "SATVA" meaning "sytems approach to vedic astrology" which clearly shows that systems approach is a different set of rules which can be applied to vedic astrology, but it is not the vedic astrology itself. And if you study and compare vedic astrology versus SA, you will understand the same because they both are very different. There is only about 2 SA books in Das' original book list. All the best, Tanvir. What can not happen, can never happen. Which is mine, is forever mine. http://www.jyotish-remedies.com - Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) Predictive astrology with incredibly powerful problem solving remedies - Vaidun Vidyadhar valist Sunday, October 10, 2004 4:12 AM RE: Jyotish Books for Sale Hi Anita, See the following website. Guest guest
Dear Tanvir and the List Members, Hare Krishna. The so called conventional or traditional rules of Vedic Astrology are so confusing and contradictory which are hard to describe let alone understanding of it whereas SA rules have been tested and proven through empirical studies with clear and concise understanding the events in any given horoscope (chart) based on Vedic Astrology principles regardless how one understands SA. It is an individual choice, free will, to find one's proper spiritual path. Just like the SUN is there always. It may come before your vision or not - the SUN is there. But if you are fortunate you come befrore the SUN. The SUN is open to everyone. Hari Bol. With my best wishes........................Amar Puri. >"Tanvir" <ultimate >valist ><valist> >Re: Jyotish Books for Sale >Sun, 10 Oct 2004 22:02:22 +0600 > > >Hi Anita, > >The books found at http://www.yournetastrologer.com/books.htm as suggested >below, are the books of "systems approach" and not traditional vedic >astrology. systems approach is a system with complete different rules, and >is developed by one astrologer from Delhi, India, named mr few >years back. > >Systems approach is totally different from what we call to be "Vedic >Astrology".
