Dear Thorsteinnt

You claim that someone is trying to defame Mr. Choudhary by making

allegations that he is facing charges of fraud and malpractice by the

Federal Trade Commission, U.S.A.

I can only wonder that you are unable to provide a single testimonal

or attestation from the authorities at the FTC U.S.A. (Federal Trade

Commission), verifying that the charges of fraud and malpractice being made

against Mr. Choudhary are false and that Mr. Choudhary is indeed innocent. Your

inability to provide such verified facts would surely

indicate that Mr. Choudhary is very much guilty of facing charges of

fraud and malpractice by the FTC, U.S.A.

Hence your constant compulsion to loudly proclaim that someone is

trying to defame Mr. Choudhary, in order to mask the REAL "defamation"

issue, i.e. that Mr. Choudhary HAS REALLY INDEED been found guilty of

fraud and malpractice by the FTC, U.S.A.

If these allegations being made are false, Mr. Choudhary can take

legal steps against the person making such defamations, as per the

laws in the U.S.A. However, he is unable to do so, because the true

fact is that he is indeed facing fraud and malpractice charges by the

FTC, U.S.A. Because he is guilty, there is no legal recourse against

any defamation(s) he will face.

I trust that there is no need to "wonder" about the "defamation" matter

now that it has been adequately clarified. Thank you for permitting

me to clarify.

Namaste.

Robert.

PS - To the moderator, this will be my last mail on this subject. I

apologize for mistakenly stirring up a hornet's nest in this topic

of fraud and malpractice.
