Guest guest
Hello everyone, I can see that a quick little lesson in what Bi Polar or Manic Depression is about, is in order. A person who really has it, which I do, is very sensitive. So, they feel the same subject matters in life, such as the need for love, acceptance, success, etc., like everyone else, but they feel them about 10 times louder and harder in their heads. Similarly, negative things like failure or rejection are also incredibly loudly felt in the nervous system. So, the person is seen to be incredibly driven sometimes, and incredibly in the dumps at other times. This ³disease² has been the lot of most famous artistis, writers, composers, philosophers, etc. Most Genius is coming from this mind, from this disease, of sensitivity. I¹m quite sure it is sometimes coming from Moon Ketu conjunctions, which I have. That¹s part of it. The sensititity to incoming messages is strong, making the person overly mental. So I feel I have a right to seek what I need in odd ways. I have an odd level of need, and an odd level of being able to deal with life single. My thoughts race fast and hard to dark places. I can indeed say that my mind is suffering all the time, and it requires me tolerating it, each hour of each day. I don¹t have mental peace at all. I need to know there are certain things around me otherwise the fear goes sky high really fast and I can¹t do anything, and I need tranquilizers to stop the pain. Not everybody is like this. This must first be understood. This is a real condition, a rare condition, and highly misunderstood. It is REAL. So the usual and standard Yoga practices, and other usual and standard things that most folks can attend, I cannot attend. I cannot sit still and listen. That¹s nearly impossible without large doses first. I can on the other hand create all day and into the evening without noticing the time when I am happy, which is when I¹m safe, which is when there¹s a spouse who loves me guarding over me. That¹s what I need due to the way my mind works, which is NOT how other people¹s minds work. It¹s hard for most people to get past this point when dealing with manics. They continue to simply preach to them the things that apply to most people. It takes manics a long time to realize they really are different, that they are perceiving and thinking differently from other people. Only some people can actually help manics by dint of actually understanding their mindset. There are books you can read that desribe it very accurately. I¹ve dabbled in them, and seen the despriptions. The field of psychology has this fairly well mapped by traits. I¹m glad for myself that I am confident enough now to withstand those posts which are made without knowledge of mania, by dint of knowing that it is real, not my fault, and has a proper place amongst the right people, and is a ³productive² disease if handled correctly, or guarded correctly I should say. We can be productive and we have been known to create the worlds greatest works of art, literature, music, etc. Das Goravani, Pres. http://www.dancingmooninc.com
Guest guest
Hi Das, I used to post a message to you privately about your health problem but you may not notice it. Please go to any hypoglycemia website and take a look of what it's all about. You may not suffer from bipolar but may be because of ralative hypoglycemia. Stop everything that contain sugar and have a diet: low carbo+high protein. Hope this can help, Regards, Harit ==================== gjlist, Das Goravani <das@g...> wrote: > > > Hello everyone, > > I can see that a quick little lesson in what Bi Polar or Manic Depression= is > about, is in order. > > A person who really has it, which I do, is very sensitive.
