My Response to Shripal Doshi re: Vedic Horoscope

Hi Shripal,

 

Saw your email the other day wanting to get some basic

questions answered. I put your letter in with the rest

of the pile, now I have a bit of time to address these

concerns.

 

With Kanya Lagna and Moon in Kumba, I would expect a

very reserved, perhaps even shy personality, that is

interested in research, observation and science. You

should have a keen mind and like to solve problems and

fix things (hence the interest in the IT field). With

Lagnesh Mercury Rx and in the 6th along with the Moon

and Ketu, there is definitely a strong desire to be of

help to others, to serve society in some way, perhaps

those less fortunate or in need help in some way. This

combination, of Mercury, Moon and Ketu, also explains

very well your involvement with IT and with anything

of a techical sort.

 

You were born with Kala Sarpa Yoga, where all of the

planets are hemmed between the Nodes, Rahu and Ketu.

If you check out my article on this combination, it

will give you more background information (site link

at the end/bottom of this letter). But what I will say

right now is that as a result of this combination

along with other factors, there is a very strong

interest in foreign lands - it is a certainty that you

will move before Rahu's Dasa is out (2009).

 

Although you work in IT, your chart also screams very

loudly "medical man" - KSY on the 6-12 axis, Lagnesh

and Moon in the 6th, and the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th

and 8th Lords all in the 12th with Rahu with 12 Lord

Sun in the 7th, giving a full aspect on the Lagna all

suggest very strongly medicine in some way, perhaps

combining your knowledge of computers with medicine or

something along those lines. But I see "doctor" very

cleary here. Even working with herbs and the like is a

possibility. In any event, whenever the Nodes are very

strong in the chart, and especially when they combine

in some way with either the Lagna Lord and/or the 10th

Lord, we can expect to see many, many changes of

career, ups and downs, feast or famine.

for your own health, and perhaps this will be the

interest that pushes you into medicine or a related

field; the aforementioned factors is what lead to my

statements here. Mars Dasa was running from 1984 to

1991, when Rahu would take over; in that Mars is the

MMP for you, I would think that there could have been

illness early on in your life, perhaps necessitating

surgery? Perhaps it was an accident, a fall from a

height? I don't know, but in some way I see health

problems early on in your life somehow. At any rate,

you must be very, very careful to make sure that

everything around you is CLEAN - doing this will

greatly reduce your chances of illness and discomfort.

 

 

You mentioned your present job situation, where you

were promoted but your salary didn't change. This is

due to the present Dasa running, which is Rahu-Venus,

beginning in Sep 2002 and running until Sep 2005.

Venus is not well placed in either chart, Rasi or

Navamsa, and, transit Saturn, FM for you, is going

thru your 10th House. None of these factors are good

for career advancement for you, and, from what I see

here, there might be the possibility of the powers

that be on the job giving you the "promotion" so that

you get all the blame for what others do (their

mistakes). Just checked the Dasamsa - Venus is weak

there, too. Don't expect things to change much right

now, it'll improve after Sep 2005.

 

Going back to "foreign lands" I'm seeing you making

the move...Rahu-Sun will kick in Sep 2005, to last

until Aug 2006; As the Sun (classics talk about the

Sun "wandering about in the forest") is in the 7th

House (the farthest House away from you -foreign

lands) and Rahu is in the 12th, and that they both are

"seperative" planets (seperating you from your

homeland), I see you making the move abroad at that

time. This is you plenty of time to get your stuff

together, saving money, finding a place to live, and

where you want to work once you get there. The Sun is

in a friendly sign in the 2nd House in the Navamsa, in

the Dasamsa it's in the Lagna which is Scorpio,

associated with Juptiter...in that same chart, Rahu is

in Mercury's exaltation sign, in the 2nd from the 10th

associated with Dasamsa Lagnesh Mars, etc. All of this

means to me that it is very likely for you to go back

to school once you get settled in your new homeland,

possibly going into medicine, or at least, going into

the medical side of IT, perhaps working with complex

computer-driven medical equipment or something like

that. Keep in mind that Rahu is exalted in the Navamsa

12th House. a move abroad is definitely afoot.

 

Your wife will be a foreigner, quite possibly a

non-Indian...perhaps a White Christian lady? But I see

your family warming up to her, even if things are a

bit rocky at first. It won't be the traditional Indian

marriage/wedding, that's for sure. The both of you are

what would be considered "outcastes" and in that you

both have much in common. Overall, this looks to be a

potentially "sexy" period for you, just PLEASE be

careful you know what I mean? As for the timing of the

marriage...Rahu-Moon, starting up in Aug 2006 and

lasting until 2008, could be the ticket.

 

Because Kuja Dosha is present in your chart along with

KSY, I would suggest strongly to you to be very, very

careful as to who you choose to be with; it would be a

good idea to make certain that the lady you choose has

KD and KSY of approximate equal strength.

 

Friends are seen from the 11th House as you well know;

from the Lagna, 11th Lord Moon is associated with

Lagnesh Mercury, which suggests strongly your close

relationship with them; in that the Nodes are very

prominent, we can expect you to gain more friends,

particularly of the more "eccentric", foreign or

class-class type.

Lot's of things seems to be right but,From childhood onwards I hae

never been ill till now,not even I had small fever.Ya sometimes I use

to have little bit ,but that's becuase of some study tension or

climatic not regular.

 

However I am not at all interested in Medicine at all.I have done

bachelor of Engg in Electronic.I like to read shastras.Every morning

as I am Jain ,I do around 30 mins of Stotras Reading everday without

forgetting.If someday I am not going to do,then I do twice on next

day.

 

As per Vishottari MAHADASA,right know Mercury mahadas,Mercury Bhukti

and Sun antaram strated 28th feb 2004.I am not sure wether my moon is

in Aquarius,because after 3 mins it transist to 12th sign.My

personality is also more like that.

 

Yes I only wathc foreign films and foriegn awards or old hindi films

and old songs I hear them.I am very found of Foriengn things.Intially

I was shy,But after Mercury Mahadasa started all shy goen.I am my

kind of romantic person.Girls get attarcted to me very much and even

take care of me.My mother takes lot of my care regarding food and

everything.

 

My thinking is totallly different from others.I am most of a time

Hall of Fame where ever I go.People listen to my saying and follow

them.

 

But my mind how it works I don't know.When I want something I never

get and when I leave something or now I don't want ,than right it

comes in front of me,And becomes difficult to decide whether to

accept it or not.

 

I have childhood friends ,we still friends and so for outing together.

 

But as per western Horoscope ,I am Libra guy.What do you thing.

 

One thing I hate about myself is I easily fall in love and start

caring about others.

 

It was perfectly right,I help other's with my heart and even try to

change there lives ,through astrologically or phrenology or

philosophically.So people love me very much.

 

However some jealous are always there who try to put me down all the

time,But i have well developed myself to ignore them or move on to

next one.
