Mohan,

 

Both persons in this relationship are running the mahadasha of

retrograde Saturn which accounts for the delay. The couple appears

compatible. They do not have kujadosha. Both Venus are aspecting

each other. And, both Moons are located in the 2nd house. However,

you should check to see if their kuta points are at least 18 points

or above. If so, they should get married later this year when

Jupiter transits Virgo, the lagna of the female.
