Re: Test No 83. Report

Test No. 83—Report

The correct answer is that the man had a surgical operation—a cancer was removed

from his right eye.

There were 34 attempts from astrologers all over the world. Ten were successful

in finding the solution.

The problem is solved quickly by the (Standard) Lunar Return Chart of 20th April

2001, Vienna, (See Attachment). Mars on the Lower Meridian rules the House of

Surgery and is square the Moon.

>From the correct replies (below) I have extracted the most important factor that

determined the answer, omitting all supporting or confirming evidence that the

respondent may have used. This concentrates attention on what is vital!

Overwhelming aspects of Pluto at the 8th Cusp (Surgery) in the Weekly and Day

charts. — Paul Langeveld (Holland).

Firdaria Ruler, Mars, is posited in the 4th and is Lord of the 12th and 7th.

Mars analogies to 12th, 8th and 7th indicate a surgeon. — Jane Griscti, Canada.

Transiting Mars ruling natal House of Illness is retrograde conjunct natal

Jupiter. — Sue Miller (USA).

A KP-Horary chart for this man on 10 Nov 2003 at 14:35:49 pm in Boppard,

Germany, 50N14 7E35 has sidereal Asc at 15Aq46 conjunct Mars at 17Aq52. —

Ilona Hellman Germany.

The positions of the Dasa lords plus the activation by the Nakshatra lords of

planets pointed to surgery. — Christine Kaspers, Holland.

Mars transits Jupiter, Lord of House XII. — Francois Carriere, France.

Lunar Return of Apr 20, 2001. (See Chart above). — Gabe Rosas, USA.

The Moon in the Standard Solar Return (11 Mar 2001, Vienna) rules the House of

Illness and is applying to Mars (and Pluto). — Steven Birchfield, Norway.

Transiting Rahu, in the Rahu subperiod, exactly afflicts the 7th Cusp, lorded by

Venus, while Venus transits the 12th House. — Maddalena Cecchinato (Italy).

In the Solar Return (11 Mar 2001, Vienna) the Moon rules the 6th House and

occupies the 8th (surgery); Uranus rising conjoins Mercury ruling the 8th. —

Hellen Vos (Holland).

My congratulations to all who attempted a solution whether or not successful.

The real success for all participants is in the increased insight gained from

working on these exercises. I receive many messages of appreciation for making

them available. They are a considerable aid to the study of Astrology and, so

far as I know, unique in today's literature.
