While I have not had time to thoroughly analyze this situation, I offer the following for your consideration (please note that at the suggestion of one of my teachers, I add 23 minutes of arc to the Lahiri ayanamsha): As the lady was born on a Thursday, Jupiter is her day-ruler. While in the 6th-from-lagna, it is 7th-from-Moon. Also, as this is the chart of a female, which I appreciate you verifying, Jupiter is the karaka of spouse. This gives three reasons for a focus on this graha. It is my experience that with ladies, using the Moon as lagna gives more satisfactory results. Therefore, I would diminish the significance of Jupiter in the malefic-6th in favor of it being more indicative of some of the spouse(-to-be)'s characteristics (more on this later). With Jupiter exalted, its strength (and, perhaps, significance) is enhanced. (Also, note that Jupiter is vargottama...even including the drekkana chart.) Jumping ahead, somewhat, I notice that she will be entering Jupiter dasa (using vimshottari dasa system) in 2006. Reviewing the earlier dasa periods; Rahu is the only possible candidate for a marriage period (albeit, I recognize that my lack of understanding of the Indian culture may overlook a possibility here), and I chose to disregard it. For reasons cited above, the Jupiter period seems most likely. However, Jupiter will not deliver in its own subperiod. The Jupiter-Saturn period holds some promise. While Saturn, as lagna-lord, becomes a functional benefic for this lady (even for Chandra-lagna); nonetheless, it ultimately will cause some difficulty or delay (or both!) in marriage. [i believe that in the Indian culture, a lady marrying at age 29+ would be considered a "delayed marriage". Is this correct?] The Jupiter-Mercury and Jupiter-Venus bhukthis involve the malefic 8th-house; albeit, 9th-from-Moon. But, even from the Moon, Mars is a strong, negative influence (in spite of being a functional benefic (from the Moon)...especially when combined with malefic Rahu and aspected by malefic Kethu. I see no reason for considering Jupiter-Kethu, as it offers little support for marriage, IMHO (I would be pleased to have learned gurus teach me otherwise). However, exploring the Jupiter-Saturn bhukthi, I found the following: at the beginning of the vimshottari dasha Jupiter-Saturn-Saturn, Jupiter has recently turned retrograde in Sagittarius, and Saturn is direct in Leo. Therefore, both are showing a strong, graha aspect to the Sun, 7th-house lord. (Interestingly, looking at the navamsha of the transiting grahas, both Jupiter and Saturn aspect rasi-Jupiter, lord of 7th-from-Moon.) Additionally, Mars (the "second hand" of the transit clock) conjoins the rasi-Sun in the 7th. For further confirmation, I turn to the chara dasha. As this bhukthi begins (near 7/3/2008), she is in Leo-Libra-Leo period. This, of course, points to the Sun, again, and Libra, the natural marriage sign (and 9th-from-lagna, as well as 10th-from-Moon). Sun is in mooltrikona and is very powerful. Saturn is Lagna lord here, and placement of saturn in 7th house is not considered good. But as sun is quite strong, so saturn is comubusted (very near to sun). So saturn will delay the marriage, if not causing some major problems. UL is placed in pisces (2nd house) and ketu conjoins him, thus signifying a Spiritual partner. Also as Sun is 7th Lord placed in 7th house, the life partner might have good placement of Sun. UL is placed in trine from AL, denoting good harmony with partner or say happy with partner. Now I come to problems. Venus is placed in 12th from own house and is conjoined by Rahu and Mars, which can show losses, expenses or problems on account of Spouse. Now coming to Navamasha, Venus is placed in its own house in Navamasa with mars, so there may be some fights / problems with spouse. This native didn't got married in Venus AD, so the periods of Mars or Sun might give marriage. Also the marriage may come when Jupiter is transiting over leo i.e. next 6 months.
