Beeja Mantra and Graha Mantra

Dear Members and Respected Gurus,

 

I am trying to understand the difference between Graha

Mantras and Beeja Mantras for the planets.

 

Graha Mantra - They are recited to strengthen the

planet.

 

Beeja Mantra - Rectied for Controlling the planet,

means controlling malefic nature of planet or say

propitation.

 

I request gurus / other members to kindly shed light

on this and how to see which mantra should be recited

for the associated planet. Kindly explain the

difference between the two.
