Dear Sateesh,

On 21st it was Moon star day, in Saturan sign capricorn, with Sun also

occupying the star of Moon and sub of Venus , Venus is your 2nd Cusp lord.

So you got the information on a day when the 10th cuspal constelation lord

was active due to Moon and Sun placement in his sign. The Antar dasha

rulers was in his own constelation and sub of Venus who is 2nd house cup

lord.
