Football Prashna

Dear Patrice

 

Today was the Grand Final of the Australian football. I cast a prashna and

came to the conclusion that Brisbane would win based on the chart cast and

rules of KP prashna. They were playing Collingwood who were the favourites.

 

Now what I want to say is the rashi chart could not give the answer. In

fact, if I read the rashi as a prashna I would have been wrong 100%. (I was

going to post before the match but even if you are correct, critics will say

you had 50% chance of being correct so why bother).

 

I am happy, not because I was correct but because I saved the chart and it

is a clear, perfect example of how the KP prashna works. When I have time I

will mail it to you so you can see how it worked so well.

 

I will strive to save every prashna I do now because it is important to see

what works and even if you are wrong you can then see what it was that you

interpreted wrong. Henry keeps all his and has prashna's going back years.

 

In hindsight I should have kept the one I did for Wimbledon as it was a

beauty showing Federer as champ. Another point I want to make is that

prashna opens up the argument of how much free will there really is.

Krishnamurti said there was none as he cast prashnas for so many mundane

things that happened as foretold he said there cannot be anything not meant

to happen.

 

My friend who does KP told me a tale last week that his wife was out

visiting friends. He cast a prashna for when she would return. He waited for

her return but she did not return. However at his exact time for the prashna

she called to say she would be late!!

How was your weekend? I continue to see more in your chart at this time and

over these next couple weeks. All very interesting. I also looked up Yogi

Point and Yogi Ava at your website. Unbelievably, I had really almost

forgotten to check back on your website and you have all kinds of great

things there and information. I see how Yogi Point and Yogi Ava are

calculated from there but what really do you think these things indicate? It

sounds like a positive point in the chart from what you wrote earlier

regarding you and yours with connection to Henry. PL gives them and I've

checked on the calculation of a few and they are correct. Do you find them

to be correct always? (The example you give at your web page on yourself is

slightly different than yours but perhaps you wrote this before rectifying

your chart so well.)

 

A couple weeks ago I checked into Point of Fortune after you and I wrote of

it. I freaked myself out a bit on it with a transit going on Oct 14th and

something coming up right on my Point of Fortune and other line ups. Then

last week when Gray and his girlfriend came to me, I checked her chart and

again something big on Oct 14th which I came to totally separately.... I

don't normally look for things in my chart this way as I'm still too much

the beginner and probably would see things more than I need to and not

enough discrimination yet with my lack of experience. Better things to do

with the time I have here than freak myself out, to be sure. But it's

interesting and still a bit weird on the 14th.

 

Also, I have things lining up in the Navamsa chart with all you wrote

regarding the station of Saturn on the 25th and your chart, and interesting

connections there with you. How much attention do you place on current

transits when lining up with the Navamsa chart verses Rasi? This is an

important question.

 

This Mars stationing that is in process of passing has been very interesting

to watch and its effects on different people, not to mention all the storms

and hurricanes, another hitting Nova Scotia now. Also the fire storms where

you are. Sher lost her dog of 15 years, who was just like a child for her,

but passed on Sunday here, very clear in her chart.

 

When are you thinking you might like to come to the US? When I looked at

your chart following our last MSN, I was thinking it would be good for you

even to move sometime and of course have your wife with you. It sounds like

you have so much going on there with the two restaurants and your home,

etc.. Have you ever considered moving to another country? Is there anyway

your wife would want to join you for this trip? As I come from a family

owning a restaurant, I know it's just about impossible for two to get away.

 

We have people interested in your conference here. If you give me the go

ahead and some idea of a date, I'll begin to check more thoroughly into

where, etc.. and setting things up. That way, once we start talking literal

dates people will make the commitment and come forward more too. Are you

thinking maybe in November?

 

I'm DYING to do a prashna chart now and get into this speculation along with

just playing with everyday things and checking it thoroughly out. When

you're ready and have the time, I'd love for you to show me what you're

doing with these sports events and this last football game in particular.

Great idea to save the charts, yes! I'm sure that gives Henry quite an edge

now when he's choosing something like this lottery ticket.

 

Interesting what Krishnamurti said regarding free will. Maybe it's only the

things far off that we have some free will left in as in the present the

effect of the cause is already strong. What do you think? That would match

the kind of premonitions etc. de ja vu experiences many have, more in the

nearer future. Every now and then though one is far off, but usually for me

it is something of really much more great importance and therefore more in

the plan of the bigger scheme and life so something with very little free

will, if any. Really for me I don't think there's any on these bigger

things. I do though have visions sometimes of things far off that when they

come don't seem to have any big relevant meaning in my life other than just

that I've had the vision of them.

 

So did you bet on the game?? I'd love to see the chart.

 

Hope you've had a good weekend there. New Moon is gorgeous here tonight and

fall in the air. I'm half tempted to sleep out on my 4th floor deck with one

of the new sleeping bags I got for Jeff and I on his birthday. It's cold

enough maybe for the mosquitoes to be gone completely and it's very amazing

out there tonight. Moon just went from Vishaka to Anuradha. I had a very

interesting day with the Moon actually and now see it went from my own Moon

star into my N Sun star. All day it was in my natal Vishaka...

interesting... Jeff's in NY City again this week. Want's me to take a train

up to meet him but I'm not sure it will work out with all going on for Brit

here this week.

supposed to go to Europe end of October- but would postpone if Andrew is coming-

too excellent an oportunity to miss. Sure, I hope you will come with your

spouse, I am sure you both will like company of ethusiastic students, and based

on my personal experience with you, you are an excellent teacher- not to make

quick update on Mars st. Direct- I felt infuse of energy, all of sudden, started

dusting my library, cleanng /literally and methaphorically, mostly literally,

loll/. That also brough my restlesness and impatience with misunderstandings,

like my brain works double shift, I think fast and learn-memorize quickly- it's

amazinf, I fell as if I were 20, not 30,

 

Mars is conj Uran, and I am tropical AQ Sun, that fots, but even without that-

on outside,

smal problems but not at home, fortunately.

If others would share their exp. would be good. I afraid only bcs mars will be

so long in 8th- I stratred feeling Mars is YK, really, but let's see how things

will fo furher /sq Moon,OH/

in Aquarius. Mars, Pluto and Rahu all in Rahu Nakshatra in natal chart and

this transit is pretty close. Also in Navamsa your Moon is in the same

Nakshatra as is this T stationed Mars with Uranus, in Dhanishta, Mars ruled,

Rahu SL. And Saturn is currently in Moon's Nakshatra in Gemini, natally in

your 3H Virgo, Mercury ruled also, and Mercury who sits right now in your 2H

with this full aspect from Mars/Uranus. Your N 2H has Ketu. You will have

seen all this as well.

You are perfectly right- lots of Rahu in my chart! Rahu is MK and my ishta

Devata. BUT also Ava Yogi- I wish I could know more about that /generaly Rahu

tr, dashas are not bad to me.

 

Mars Uran..plus, Mars will be crossing my Rahu 3 times diring this period- in

direct motion, in R, and direct again! WIll be trine N Mars though, and I do

feel energized, indeed. But not unpleasant- even seemingly unpleasant things

gave me a better picture...so it's in fact good. Just occassionaly sad...For a

reason.

 

For degrees in Navamsa- I know that A.Foss program gives that, any other?

 

Can you send the chart with N. degrees?to me? I cannot access any program, only

what friends send to me as att. No hurry..

Mars should better be my friend- so strongly emphasized...

 

BUT I needed this energy.. I am afraid only how that will work for finances-

eager to hear your opinion- opposite Ju in 2nd- what would you expect on

money/loan, debt..affairs. I hate that so many good things I want depend on

money. How do I get more motivated for making money. I lack interest, and sure

there comes the problem. Please share any idea you may have.

I've forgotten that you are without all programs... errr, awful..

 

I know it's very late here so it may be me, but I'm wondering how Rahu is

your Ishta Devata? Moon is AtmaKaraka I know you've confirmed that before.

Also, what is MK? And Ava Yogi I'm just learning about, if you can shed any

light on what it signifies more, what we find it will indicate and when

there are transits to it. PL gives you a different Ava Yogi - Moon, but I

haven't hand calculated it.

 

Yes, I saw that this T Mars/Uranus is in a trine wth your N Mars. Also this

T Saturn in Gemini is in trine with these. So can you explain that a bit. In

a trine you will be feeling this quite easily, naturally? So your N Mars is

very energized. Also your N Rahu and N Uranus. T Saturn is also almost

exactly conjunct your natal Uranus. What else will this specifically

indicate? And what does this all show happening in your mother's life

currently?

 

You brought up a question I have also another time regarding where do we

look in our charts to see our own mothering? What are the influences on how

we mother our children verses our own mother, and how our mothering is being

effected by transits. I see 4th from 5H as 8H but unsure if this is correct?

And there's logic in that we could also see it from our Moon but not really

and although people often say one is like their mother, I don't find that to

be true in many cases.

 

I've never see A.Foss program. I think Das' may give it in the latest

version, but not mine. I have it and need to upgrade it on my computer but

need to contact him first. PL has the degrees of all the varga charts. And

I'm sure others may as well but I'm unfamiliar with them.

I don't feel competent to give many thoughts on what will happen, what to

expect, but will look at it if you remain aware that I'm very much in the

early learning stage. I am beginning to see more clearly in a chart but

unsure about how to go into the future and have the confidence to say much

which I'd want to be very sure before doing that other than in this learning

situation. I'm looking forward to the practical and functional aspects of

that with Andrew's conference. I have recently been playing with it more and

have gotten a number of things accurately but I'm not sure how I did it -

LOL I definitely don't have a technique to use, more just working my way

through a chart in answer to questions.

 

I'm getting sleepy here...

 

Also want to ask, did all this computer trouble start in late August? Should

we see it change for you after October 5th or is this too simple here. But

it seems like it did start around then??

 

I'm also hoping to understand more clearly how much we apply the effects of

a transit on the Navamsa chart as well. Right now it's understandable that

you're having all these computer woes. Both indicated in Rasi and Navamsa

charts and you're in Ketu pratyantardasa.
