Lets identify them and also time some important events in his life, like marriage, kind of wife and especially an incident that happened in his life between august 14- august 21, 2003. This person might have married during 1996/06 thru 1998/07 in Gurus antra. Narrowing it down within this antra I would after 11th December 1997. When Sun transitted Sign/Nak of Mars and Sun i.e May 11th thru 14th 1997. Mars and Rahu are aspecting 5th house from 11th house. So possibility of childbirth problems. Await your answer. See the kalatra karaka Venus in 12th and joined with 8th lord sun? Moreover in 1997 Jup was debilitated and lagna lord Saturn in 3rd house. I dunno if that would have been a good time.
