Is wearing Amethyst is advisable for career improvement

For wearing gem what should we consider most lagna or chandra lagna

or the position/strength of the planet? If a planet is virgottama

and present in other varga chart but in debil cond ,how to find the

status of this planet.Could any one pl suggest me about my career

prospect.Should I wear amethyst?Presently I am running through

second sade sati in general,it's not bad but for career it's not

good.
