It is done randomly by the computer due to the barage of worms hitting e-mails right now. Any of our addresses can be used without our knowledge. The first tip is the use of subject line like: Thank you, That movie, Approved, etc. Then when you open, there is no personal message just a request to open an attached message which many security programs have updated enough to delete.
