I love the story with the "YES written all over me" from Mary and think this is a perfect way to visualice oneself approaching the world. A friend of mine has the problem to allways pick the "Queen Bitch of the Universe." Not quite so bad and I feel sorry for the girls, but I like the expression. (new vocabulary) All his Girlfriends and female companies are very attractive but extremely JEALLOUS. I would not call him a gigolo but a good looking positive fellow witha charming nature. Now looking at this astrologically. In his chart we see Venus conjoined Sat in the 7th and aspected by Mars. This would explain that he does not get the satisfaction from relationship as he dreams. But what I ame very interrested in is how would a chart of a jeallous person look like. What are the indicators for jeallousy. What causes this feeling of being suspicious, wary, watchful, mistrustful. To put the loved one in a prison to not loose him has to have an astrological explanation. Guest guest Posted August 9, 2003 Report Share Posted August 9, 2003 Braha notes in his work, if I am not mistaken, that one indicator of jealousy is an afflicted Jupiter - as Jupiter rules faith. So, if your faith is weak that tends to produce jealousy... now, if that Jupiter is also somehow tied to a relationship indicator - that would narrow down the field of jealous manifestations. I, for example have my Jupiter afflicted and it is the lord of the 7th house. And I have basically no faith in my capacity to manifest relationships... and this lack of faith/insecurity can breed destructive jealousy. The Karakas list in GJ also lists an afflicted Venus as an indicator. As I also have a severely afflicted Venus (in the 8th conjunct a fallen Saturn) - this could equally be an indicator. So, I can't back up much on experience via other charts... but thats a bit that I have picked up from other authors and the experience of my own chart... I have really struggled with my own personal jealousy for many years and it has gotten me into some trouble. I will share my chart info as an example just in case you want to look at it. I have been told it isn't jealousy but more competitiveness i.e. exalted Mars in the first. I am not jealous of others money, fame, status etc. but it tends to come out in relationships. I agree with Mary that there are probably too many variables to say this causes that in most charts. I also agree that we do pick our reflections. I have always seemed to gravitate towards men who may be a little aloof or secretive and that allows projections to happen more easily even though I tend to give men I am involved with a lot of freedom. Currently my heart felt attraction is to a man with Cancer Rising, Saturn/Moon Conjunct in Pisces with a direct hit to the degree o Venus in the Sixth in Sag. Similar to Marcus's friend. We have just found a place to stay and I would like to fix the new carpet and painting before I leave for the west coast conference. Otherwise my wife will look for a boy friend to help with the job while I'm gone. Just choking! I will print your chart out and take it with me. What a coincidence. Look at my chart. Male, 10/03/1960, 05:01:00, DST/WT 0, Reutlingen, , Germany, Time Zone 1.00, Lat. 48 N 29, Long. 9 E 13, Just to clarify this issue. There are endless men worse jealous then any girl I know, and my question was not fixed to any gender. I have not experienced any jealousy in my feelings so far and have been blessed with a lovely partner and wife. We have 4 kids and neither of us seems to run away soon. But in my environment it happens all over. I have witnessed in the last few month all around us that couples split up because of jealousy and mistrust. As most of then come to ask for advice and weather this will prevail in their life and what the reason is I have searched for answers.
