THE BENEFITS OF REPEATING A MANTRA

* .." I am Aum among words, I am the repetition of

Mantra among sacrifices...." Gita 10 - 25

* The repetition of Mantra should be done with every

incoming and outgoing breath. Develop a strong habit

of repeating the Mantra of your Ishta Devata all the

time. Even in dream you must repeat your Mantra.

*The repetition of Mantra will change your entire life

in a very absolute and positive way.

*The repetition of Mantra will remove all internal and

external weaknesses: egoism, ignorance, attachment and

hatred, fear of death, lust, anger and greed.

*The repetition of Mantra will bestow the will power

to observe Yamas: Ahimsa: non-violence; Satyam:

truthfulness; Bramacharya: self-control; Asteya:

non-stealing; Aparigraha: non-covetousness; Niyamas:

Shauch: mental and physical purity; Tapas: austerity;

Swadhyaya : repetition of Mantra and study of the

scriptures; Iswar Pranidhan: devotion and surrender to

God.

*Whenever one is assailed by temptations, and one is

facing adversities, it is the repetition of Mantra

that will help to hurdle all situations whether

pleasant or painful with a balanced mind.

*The repetition of Mantra removes the obstacles from

the spiritual path, it draws Divine grace and helps in

various ways.

*The repetition of Mantra contributes to the

happiness, peace and prosperity in the world in a

mysterious way.

*The repetition of Mantra is unfailing in its results.

It is the simplest and most vital technique of

spiritual movement. There is no greater purifier than

the repetition of Mantra.

*The repetition of Mantra is the most direct and most

efficient method for controlling the restless nature

of the mind, by developing a higher state of

concentration. It gives mental strength to succeed in

meditation.

*The repetition of Mantra makes the impossible becomes

possible. It can be repeated correctly or incorrectly,

knowingly or unknowingly, carefully or carelessly, it

will always give positive results.

*The constant repetition of Mantra purifies the

heart, opens the Chakras of Kundalini, steadies the

mind, and leads one to the liberation of cycle of

birth and death.

*The constant repetition of Mantra makes one

fearless, drives off the evil influences of the

negative spirits, destroys sinful Karmas generated in

countless lives and in this present life.

*The repetition of Mantra opens the heart, permitting

an outflow of immortal love, wisdom, and devotion to

God.

*The repetition of Mantra opens the heart, helps to

face death in a very peaceful way.

*The repetition of Mantra gives enjoyment and release,

let the mind enjoys the Divine sweetness while

repeating a Mantra, and the unconscious mind will

become sensitive to the underlying Divine presence.

*The repetition of Mantra is the Divine elixir that

changes all our negative impressions into Divine

impressions, it is the unfailing method to gain access

into the transcendental realms of absolute experience.

 

*The constant repetition of Mantra is one of the

simplest method to attain Nirvana.
