There are two liquid things under the karkatwa of Saturn, which can be used as an offering, mustard oil and liquor.If mustard oil is not available then liquor is the only thing that can be used. In India both these things are offered.In all Bhairav temples liquor is the Prasad. This Upaya which I had suggested is based on folk wisdom or the folk tradition.I have known people making these offerings to the Sun and therefore I didn't find any thing unusual or untraditional about it. with regards, upadhyay Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
