Guest guest Posted June 22, 2003 Report Share Posted June 22, 2003 HI all, my birth info is Rajinder Singh Gill, born April 18 1973 place Bedford UK time 17:05 Lagna is 4o 41 Virgo Sun 4o 59 Aries moon 17o 24 Libra Mars 22o 41 Capricorn mercury 8o 47 Pisces Jupiter 15o 56 Capricorn Venus 7o 17 Aries Saturn 23o 40 Taurus Rahu 18o 3 Sagittarius Ketu 18o 3 Gemini My basic desire is to reach towards spiritual enlightenment, but from the readings I have obtained from books this is perhaps somewhat contradictary for an ascendant in Virgo? Does my desire for spiritual attainment come from the Sun which is at 4o 49 and also placed in the Nakshatra of Ashwini (although in the 3rd quater)? Mercury and Jupiter are also debilitated in my chart, and so perhaps need strengthaning through meditation and mantras etc, any advice appreciated. There are many Virgos in spiritual life , the higher number of karmic impediments seem to turn one away from the mundane The desire for moksha is likely to be strong because of the exalted 8th and 12th lords . The difficulty for Virgos in spiritual life can be too much thinking and not letting the heart flow . In Navamsa, Moon and Ketu are conjunct in the 12th sign Pisces. Again, spiritual thinking. In his Navamsa, 1st Lord of Rasi (Mercury) is in the 8th too. 12th Lord Sun is EXACT on MEP 8.
