Remedies might include creating a bright environment for yourself , ( colour therapy white , yellow or lighter greens and blues ) ,trying to stay positive , see the good in others , see the positive side of life's inevitable reversals and remembering that adverse circumstances are temporary . You can perform pooja to Lord Shiva, esp. during "Maasa Shivaratri".
