Dear Sanjay

Let me clear this first I have never said that astrology is illogical, I have

said that all source of knowledge comes from our true self and from the

universal soul who guide us all when it requires, an astrology is truly a divine

science a example of this is that a person visit a astrologer only at that time

when the stars are in tune with him. An astrologer can clearly put the chart and

see that and tell the things of his present or what will happen in near future

with a horary chart.

So I think an astrologer is blessed with nature he is nearly a mystic. What is

definition of mystic by dictionary the occult or supernatural another meaning is

who surrender to god and in tune with God. So I think those who are really in

tune with nature and honest are the real astrologer who are blessed.

When a child try to ride a bicycle he tries with lots of effort in passage of

time he learnt and then it comes to him naturally like that initially a person

when try to analyze a chart it takes much time but when he has spend his years

in reading the charts it comes naturally like some one else is doing that he is

just a doer.

In lal kitab most of the things are pointing to some direction we have to find

the way it is not clearly mentioned what is the real path all are mystified.

Like you gave an example of rahu being placed in first house then it spoils the

house of sun it is true and it is precise.

Now another point in lal kitab when ever sun and Saturn are placed in any house

there will be only one person who will earn in same house i.e. when son starts

earning father will not earn as he will retire this is true in every chart which

has Saturn and sun conjunction a very simple and straight forward rule.

Saturn placement in seventh a controversial rule not to discuss here already

stones are thrown at me.

There are so many rules, which are fundamentals which if we research on that and

mix Vedic plus lalkitab rules we can predict and help our selves to much extent.

So I hope we should be flexible and try to analyze every rule research on lots

of horoscopes and then see if it works or not.

Like in lalkitab things are burry in earth what is logic of this say if a planet

is being hurt or disturb so they burry the things of that planet into earth.

First this means they are giving the support of earth and second they are

destroying the characteristics of that planet mystically. If we tell a person

that come on your sun is badly placed in horoscope go and burry some copper

coins into earth he cannot understand the logic. So here is the mystics because

some mystic thing happens when he does this I think there is no big logic for

this.

In my case I was told to throw honey in to cremation ground my mars is placed in

eight house. I did that after some time I have a very bad experience it was

nearly escape from near death experience or much harm could have happened, I was

wondering why did this happened if I did the remedy. I was told that yes it was

like that you may have got much harm but it was in your destiny that you will

get the remedy and which will help you so that’s why you are saved and nothing

much bad happened.

The logic behind the remedy may be that honey is ruled by mars so symbolically

the things related to mars were sending to cremation ground, which helped me in

mystical way.

These remedies are mystical and there may be logics behind all but our mind is

not so capable to reach or see that all. I think lalkitab should be researched

not condemn at all it is an assets to an astrological world which is not meant

to proof the logical world of its genuineness. It is really meant to help the

masses, which I think it is doing the purpose.

With my humble regards

>Om devaguru brihaspataye namah

>Dear Tarun,

>While I agree that it is good to be a seer, and don't know what your definition

is, but for me it means a soul who has achieved the asta-siddhi, to say that

astrology is illogical is something I cannot agree to. There is perfect

knowledge and logic. Your lack of knowledge should be given to mean that the

knowledge is not there. It is there and people have to learn it. It is a Shastra

like Brihat Parasara Hora Shastra.

>Man entering with red clothers means Mars is strongly influencing the dvara

rasi (door rasi) and so on.There is a logic and mysticism and claims to 'divine

power' are all bogus talk. One who is truly spiritual does not have to profess

it. The world will know. You don't have to become a mystic to be an astrologer

nor be an astrologer to be a mystic. Please quote the dictum or the source from

where you learnt this. Please don't give me answers like this was revealed to

you because of some mystical power or some mystic told this to you. This

mysticism and magic is the cause of scientists and many rational thinkers

laughing at the hocus pocus involved in Vedic astrology and we cannot allow this

farce to continue. If Lal Kitab requires mysticism or such special power like

Karna Pisachini siddhi (power obtained by special female pisachi who speaks the

past and present events into the ears), then it is fine with Lal Kitab, but such

practises are abhorred in Jyotish and the practitioners are to be kept at bay.

Even practises like planchet and spirit calling are totally looked down on in

Vedic astrology as the path of the gayatri is professed to be the best for the

soul (read varahamihira, Saravali et.al who start with their prayer to Savitur -

rasava karana devata).

>How can you expect someone like me to respect a body of knowledge that says

Venus can be in the 7th house from Mercury!!! Am I blind or has my intelligence

become so dull that I do not know the simple calculations of planetary

positions. If there is something good in it, then this is what I am prepared to

learn with a big THANK YOU. So instead of giving out all this on how our

attitude should be, why don't you give us a few readings or a few quotes from

the Lal Kitab. If you cannot do so, let me show you how to do it.

>To all readers: There is a lot of good things in the lal Kitab as well and that

is why I have categorically stated - only look at the Jyotish in it and STAY FAR

AWAY from the remedies. In two cases of people whose charts I have never seen

you saw how this book came to them during the period of Rahu as i had correctly

estimated. So be very careful. This knowledge is fine for Jyotish principles but

can destroy your spiritual path.

>

>OK back to the main point. I cannot remember everything nor do I have the books

here, but if I recollect one stanza reads -

>"Rahu baitha tarvat par to tarvat charane laga

>Jis ghar pe suraj baitha, vahan grahan aane laga"..something like this.

>This is one of the finest teachings of the lal kitab. If Rahu is in the throne

i.e. Lagna or 10th house, then the Sun becomes very malefic and in whichever

house the Sun is placed, the effects of an eclipse shall come to that house.

Like this there are a lot of good things to learn from that book, but do that at

your risk and only if you are regular with the Ista mantra. In the horoscope of

Indian independance, the Rahu sits in the first house or throne indicatng the

Sun will become very malefic and destroy whichever house it is in. The Sun is in

the third house of neighbours and you can see that since 1947, the relationship

with Pakisthan has never been good. Pakisthan also had a split into Pakistan and

Bangladesh because of this eclipse combination. There is a lot of political

strife in all the neighbouring nations.

>

>So, Tarun, this is the way to talk and give the matter, else no one will

understand anything. And if you try to preach, the people in this are too

learned for that...they can sing the Bhagavatam to you. So please take this in

the right spirit and encourage the study of Jyotish in a logical manner.

>Hello Rajesh

>

>I know that the things which I say are difficult to understand, if you have

good eight house in your horoscope you could have understand your self no one is

going to come to give you the answers of the mysteries of this world. It has to

experience it your self so I will not give any logics to proof my point I have

just wrote the things which I have experience if you like to experience it you

should open your eyes and be sensitive to your environment.

>

> A good astrologer is a great seer he can predict from any thing like if a

person enters with right foot then what will happen and if he comes with left

foot what will happen. What kind of clothes he is wearing etc. so astrology is

not a logical science if you come to practice it you have to become an mystic

first then you can become an astrologer and give the remedies to people which

can help them.
