Venus which is the 10th Lord is near the Lagna and so you will be someone who is much into their work and also probably quite good at it . This is reinforced by having the 10th lord also in Lagna in navamsa . The remainder of the chart seems to more favor spiritual persuits since the 9th and 12th houses are loaded . The 9th Lord is in the 9th and so becomes a reasonably strong dispositor of the 5th and 12th Lords . In Navamsa Moon is in it's own sign forming RajaYoga in the 9th with Saturm. So the strength of the 9th house is reinforced in Navamsa . Ketu in the 10th does not lead to much stability in work . This I think is reinforced because the 1st and 2nd Lord are closely conjunct in the 12th . Vishakapatnam ( correct me if I'm wrong ) is a spiritual place with many temples . So Ketu in the 10th towards changeable work situation . 1st Lord represents the self and 2nd Lord is wealth and status . Together is good but the 12th house is the house of losses . This suggests that there will be periods of loss of wealth and status which might arise from loss of job .
