At the time of death, it was suggested that it could have been a suicide. Since

then, it has been accepted that it was an 'accidental' overdose. Is there

indication of suicide in the chart?

For suicide there should also be a connection with 2nd or 7th lord or

houses, since these are the maraka houses. Yes, the connection should be

there with 1st and/or 3rd houses, as these indicate the self, and the 8th.

In the case as you mentioned here, mere connection with 8th house may give

the tendency, but it would not be successful, in other words, the native

would not die due to it.
