Hello,

Here is one very simple ritual, which can help a departed soul. I

have read in book title Tibet book of living and dying that souls

communicate through smell. The problem some time is that souls are

not able to recognize their death and remain in this plane. The

purpose of sharad I think is to liberate to tell them they have

left their body and now time is to go to their further

destination.

So I normally tell my clients to do this ritual this has helped

them always.

And the ritual is to burn three fragrance sticks of different

flavors (three agarbati of different flavors) at sun set for

around a month or for 14 days and then on the day on which that

person died like if he died on Thursday then it should be done on

Thursday. Note this is has to be perform by a male member only.

Best wishes

Hello to all:

The truth finally broke through the clouds. I am guessing that this

"Tarun Chopra" is someone playing huge jokes on this GJ Jyotishi community.

He or she is probably getting ROFL and LOL out of our sincere and sometimes

intense reactions to his/her letters,e.g.,the ritual of three joss sticks to

be burnt by a male member of the family in honor of the dead, and the

ridiculous proposal about the 11 degree ayanamso starting in 1155 AD. It is

truely funny that we've all been "taken", but also slightly sad too. Here

most of us are trying to learn Jyotish, and being sincere in our efforts,

and someone else comes along and tries to muddy the waters. *Urban
