I hope everybody will agree with me after reading entire mail. Each person who have came in touch of astrology knows that there are 12 planets, 12 signs and 27 stars but combination of those creates such a wide verities of result so that each person is living unique life. So prediction becomes really difficult task and it is almost impossible to get 100% accuracy. The point I'm going to put here is probably discussed thousands of time between people who are interested in Astrology but personally I could not get satisfactory answer so I'm trying to get some knowledge from experts like you. Biggest confusion for Astrology student is to know which planets are benific and which are melific for an individual. Now coming to the point I know two theories of Vedic Astrology (1) Sun, Mars, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu creates negative effects and Jupiter, Moon, Venus and Mercury creates positive effect in individual's life. This is very general rule. Normally we tend to consider Saturn and Mars responsible for any kind of negativity in our life. (2) Second theory is based on Lagna dependent. For specific rising sign, some are supportive planets and some are opposite. I think Parasharya's rules are mostly accepted. But in reality we can see that both are incomplete rules because many time we see that some people never get anything good in their entire life and some never face any kind of major problem in life and get every kind of happiness. (problems being created due to nature and attitude of person is not considered here) There is no theory where it is possible that every planets are supportive to an individual then why some people gets everything in life? and there is no theory where it is possible that every planets are giving negative effect to an individual person then why some people gets nothing in life? CONSLUSIVELY MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS THE THEORY TO KNOW WHICH PLANET IS CREATING WHAT KIND OF EFFECT IN INDIVIDUAL'S LIFE AND WHEN CERTAINS INCIDENCE HAPPENS IN SOMEONE'S LIFE? If we can not come to accurate theory and astrology is just creating more confusions in life then there is no use of such knowledge that's what I believe. I have lots of example which violets well known Astrology rules. May be my knowledge is not sufficient so that I could not resolve the cause of problem. I want to discuss all this example (charts) with group members so that students like me can understand the mysteries of astrology. I sense bitterness in your message- we all feel from time to time that 'life is not fair' to us, that we are given heavier load than others..because we compare ourselves with those who are in a "better" position, one way or another. In fact, I believe that God doesn't give us more than we can handle and also that He "gives us what we need, not what we want". /It doesn't mean that I am spared & not crying 'Why me, God!" when the pain comes/ My experience with Astrology is that it helps us understand this basic truth /above/ better, and easier... If you search for prediction /only/ and not for /self, world, God../understanding, little will you get from Astrology: because it's hardly ever 100% accurate, because you know astrologer who is a bad guy, too many variables, too little 'tangibles'..etc. I felt that your disappointment at the moment is genuine and I am responding. It's not 'discussion' you asked for, if that is what you wanted, anyway, just my view.
