Job situation looks good - especially from middle of this month.

 

You are in Rahu-Mars-Venus PD -

 

Mars is 1st Lord, and natally exalted in 10th (Career). On April 12th, TR Mars

will enter Exaltation in the 10th house and will immediately impact your

10th/1st/4th/5th MEPs, and then conjunct its NT position.
