It was sun dasha that made him a king(president).That wouldn't be the case if he was gemini lagna. I still think he is cancer lagna -- sun exalted in 10th makes one a king (especially in sun dasha). In case I am right,he will continue to remain in power all his life -- the natal chart shows the lifetime trend. vivek.
