Narasimha wrote in his book that Rudra is lord of 8th from lagna or 7th

house/depending on strenght/ Table for finding 8th house provides position of

8th house depending on whether Lagna /or 7th are even or odd signs. So, for Cn

Lagna, for example, candidates for Rudra may be either Jupiter or Mercury,

whichever is stronger. If I folloow this, my Rudra planet would be Jupiter.

However, programs that I have, as well as what I heard from experienced

Jyotishi,say that my Rudra planet is Saturn- So far on the List I haven't

noticed this issue discussed in this respect - based on 8th house determination

/Saturn's maraka status is clear to me/

further, then Jupiter, having strong potential to qualify as Rudra planet for

Cancer Lagna, even more so if it's strong /in addition to being 6th Lord/, and

it's general benefic status need to be reconsidered.

I write this, since I've always had strong positive attitude twrd. Saturn- like

a firm, sober, predictable, genuinly caring parent. And although I enjoyed so

many thrilling blessings from Jupiter, saving grace in any difficulty, I've

never reached full trust and acceptance of Jupiter's extremes.

My personal experience confirms bothsides of Jupiter /Rudra and Grace/ - very

strongly. Jupiter in both capacities acting in extremes- grace and generosity

as well as danger- if I experience serious crisis Jupter is always there. That

it turns to be for my benefit, that happens, though

On the other hand, Saturn, my favourite planet that I am strongly attached to,

feels quite often /in transit/ as Jupiter-without- passion.

Which one would I marry? Saturn, of course- is that because it's seventh Lord-

perhaps, but I feel it's me, too. Thanks.
