Mars will be in Scorpio on not only D1 but also D9 from Jan. 28th until Feb 02nd.

 

Wonder if that is significant as perhaps a "hotter" period.

So, we can expect some respite from the arctic wave we are facing in

Dear Sateesh and Cynthia

It is a peculiar one when Mars tenants Scorpio .On the one hand it owns the

house but on the other it is transitting the natural 8th house perhaps giving

tendency to war ,violent death and accidents .

Just musing but happy to hear other's insights on this subject .

Although Mars is in Scorpio, Mars (this time) is also between Ketu, Pluto and

the opposition of Saturn. When it reaches conjunction with Pluto, let the

party fireworks commence.

good points

Mars' incendiary nature is further inflamed by Ketu .He is none too happy with

Saturn's glance of inertia either .

There was a 6 month Saturn Mars mutuals aspect between in 1939 which ushered in

ww2 .

In 1999 there was a 7 month Saturn Mars opposition ( unusully long ) which led

to many predctions of WW3 but it did not eventuate .
