It concerns a man born on 14 March 1958, 12:35 pm AEST at Sydney, Australia, (33S52, 151E13).

In the year 1 May 1995—1 May 1996 the subject’s father died of cancer.

Dear Minu

Dymock Brose is a Western astrologer but he accepts and indeed likes answers

from any school . One idea here would be to see which school of divination

produces more accurate results .The good thing about these tests then is that

because they are drawn up by a Western astrologer it does not favor any

particular school of Vedic astrology .

So the difference here is most likely the ayanamsa .

I tried to calculate horoscope using GJ 2.56, it gives me asc Taurus 22:46 which

here are my two cents:

I use lahiri ayamsha, Rasi : I get asc tauru s 22:46, ju & rahu in 6th, saturn

and moonin 8th,mars and venus in 9th, sun in 10th, merc in 11th and ketu in

12th.

Dwadasaha: asc aquarius with mars, in 12th house sun and rahu, analysis : In

Rasi chart : take 9th house for father . here 9th lord is saturn is 12 house

from it in 8th house with 7th lord , moon, which marka lord also for his

father. 2nd from 9th is aquarius whose lord is saturn which also acts as marka

lord. So, we have two qualified marka lords, moon and saturn.

In dwadasamsa: Jupiter is 2nd lord, sun is 7th lord and rahu is 12th house.His

father is running Rahu mahadasha and jupiter anterdasha.. Both are qualified

for marka lords specially jupiter and Rahu is with 7th lord sun.

transits: December 15, 1995 - sun was directly over saturn ( whose 9th lord in

rasi and asc in dwadasamsa).Sun is dire enemy of saturn and passing through 8th

hhouse. THIS TIME HIS FATHER MUST HAVE HOSPITALISED FOR CANCER.)

DURING FEBRUARY, AROUND 12TH, Saturn is passing over natal sun which is karaka

of father. SUN itself maraka going over 9th house. Jupiter is going over 8th

house. Moon is passing 8th house on FEBRUARY 14, 1996. THIS IS IS THE DAY HE

MUST HAVE BEEN PASSED AWAY.
