Guest guest
Dear Chris Yes this is another strange aspect of the Moon that it's rotation on it's axis takes exactly as long as it's orbit around the Earth so that the same side of the Moon is always facing the Earth . I think the scientists can explain it through centrifugal forces but to the layman it is indeed wonderous . Nicholas > Nicholas, > > This is an intriguing point that has fueled more than a few conspiracy theorists: the fact that the Moon exactly fits into the Sun is proof that the Moon is an artificial satellite, put in place by an alien civilization. Check it out, there is tons of this stuff on the web. And not all, without some circumstantial evidence. Why have we never seen the dark side of the Moon? It's an artifact of the orbit but it's strange, no? >
Guest guest
Nicholas, The theory here is: we dont' get to see the other side because there's a alien Moon base there! Now that's wondrous. Guest guest
Nicholas I guess to really pull that off that combination, I would have to propose a lunar-centric horoscope since it is clear that the Moon is the hidden source of all life energy here on Earth! :-) Here's a site address on all the mysteries of the Moon if you want to really go over to the "dark side": http://bjbooth.topcities.com/moon.html cheers Chris ---------- > Nicholas <jyotish108 > gjlist > Re: [GJ] Dark side of the Moon > Wednesday, December 04, 2002 2:00 AM > > Dear Chris > You too are wonderous being able to embrace astrology, skepticism ,Ufology > and conspiracy theory all at the same time :-) . > N > - > "Christopher Kevill" <christopher.kevill > <gjlist> > Wednesday, December 04, 2002 3:39 PM > Re: [GJ] Dark side of the Moon > > > > Nicholas, > > > > The theory here is: we dont' get to see the other side because there's a > alien Moon base there!
