Since Ketu does not own any signs, I have alwasy wondered how to judge its influence vis-a-vis the sign it sits in. Sure, we can say it's exalted/debilitated. But does being varhottam does not make it better (and I mean "materially" better, I am sure something that already is good for spirituality will become better on being vargottam)? Siddhartha.
