The above mentioned site is not owned by me but by SJVC-USA, I never claimed

ownership of the site. Statements from email that is posted there are not

mine but of your

prospective student and represent his opinon. The freedom

of speech also applies to him and he is free to express his opinion about

you after interacting with you.

You are calling me SON OF A BITCH in public and you never even thought of

apologizing what to speak of thinking what will be consequences of your

action. So tell your lawyer also about this what you have done and see what

he'll tell you.

 

After seeing how you are dealing with others (threathening by use of

physical force, swearing at other is public, allging persons without any

proofs...) every judge will laugh at your face and call you a fruitcake.

 

We had enough of your threats and harassment and you are free to do whatever

you want.

 

In case you already didn't get it here is my email to MD in which I stated

facts that I am willing to testify on any court:

 

1.Laxmi long back lied to Sanjay that Kusa devi recommended her to Sanjay

and Sanjay admitted her to SJVC. She denies this even today which means that

Kusa was lying according to Laxmi. I was personally present when Kusa told

Sanjay that Laxmi lied about that Kusa recommended her to Sanjay to join

SJVC and than Sanjay expressed his surprise. Than he said if he had known

that he would never accept Laxmi to SJVC. Kusa, Sanjay and myself were there

not only 2 persons. I am ready to go to any court and testify this and I am

sure that Kusa is too since I just spoke to her today.

 

2. Annual fee for www.sjvcusa.org was due and I send an email to

varahamihira and achyuta groups asking if there are any volunteers to donate

$70 for annual fee for website. Few responded and first of them was Phyllis

Chubb. Other who responded I told them that we got donor for the web site

but if they would like they can help us with fees for filling federal tax

exemption. Narayan Iyer and Suresh Konda pledged $600 and $108 respectively.

 

Next thing I know is an email from Narasimha Rao to Sanjay and myself in

which he is forwarding an email from Narayan Iyer:

Here's the problem:

 

It seems Mr. Dinanatha Dasa has been acting on his own whims and fancies,

and opened up an non-profit organization called SJVC in New Jersey without

informing anybody. Moreover, he is not listening to Sanjay and/or Brendan or

for that matter anybody and has been demanding that he be paid for his

services.

 

So, Brendan has decided(and Sanjay knows about this) to start and setup SJVC

in New Jersey. I dont know the details yet, but will keep you updated. I had

initially(unknowingly) promised Dinanatha a sum of $600 towards the

establishment of his organization. Now, that I know the details, I will be

using that to sponsor Sanjay's stay for the extended period.>>>>END

 

Now after reading this it is obvious that Laxmi and Brendan lied to Narayan

Iyer "that I am acting on my own whims and fancies and that I opened

non-profit organization SJVC in NJ without informing anybody" , "that I am

not listening Sanjay and Brendan" and "that I am demanding to be paid for my

services". Can you believe how low-class Laxmi and Brendan can go? Everyone

knows that Kusa and myself setup SJVC in NJ on Sanjay's request (and Sanjay

admits this) and I never charged for any services rendered for SJVC. It is

also evident from this email that Sanjay has instructed Brendan to setup

another SJVC organization of some kind. It is obvious that Laxmi and Brendan

didn't want that Narayan Iyer and Suresh Konda (who did send his donation to

SJVC) send money to SJVC-USA but they wanted to deceive and mislead Narayan

so that existing SJVC-USA couldn't progress so fast.

Above email by Narayan Iyer email can be used as court document and Narayan

Iyer, Narasimha Rao, Sanjay Rath and myself can be called upon to testify on

court about this message if need be.

 

After this I've send about 5 private messages to Sanjay Rath requesting him

to stop Laxmi and Brendan lying about me like this and that they should

apologize. Of course Sanjay never replied to any of my emails and definitely

didn't ask them to apologize or to stop lying about me which continues even

today. Sanjay should've as their Guru too as well as head of SJVC ask them

at least to stop lying like this about me. What continued later was fight on

Achyuta list where I was pointing out that Robert, Laxmi and Brendan have no

credibility to head SJVC even as separate organization if already at the

beginning they resorted to lies and deceit for which I have proofs and

witnesses.

 

Than Robert and other were arguing against me and that was going on Achyuta

list. The peak came when Robert decided to put organizational structure of

his organization on our web site which doesn't belong him or his

organization in any way (and never was) and when I removed that and put

organizational structure of SJVC-USA registered in NJ by Kusa and myself.

Robert than went just mad and started sending his emails to all Jyotish

related mailing lists to blaspheming me. And on top of that he accused me of

hacking SJVC web site (that he never had anything to do with or his

organization and was never meant to have), presenting false information on

our website (because I removed info about his organization and put legal

info about SJVC-USA to which the site belongs) and so many nonsense lies.

The rest you know. The web site www.sjvcusa.org was registered by myself,

payment for first year was done by Narasimha Rao and all other payments for

the www.sjvcusa.org were paid by myself.

 

Sanjay instructed Robert, Brendan and Laxmi to setup their own organization

as it is very clear but they were always greedy to take over existing

SJVC-USA instead. Now they came to their senses (to some extent) and formed

SJC (Sri Jagannath Center). We never had anything to do with their

organization but we were constantly harassed by Robert, Laxmi and Brendan as

you can see from above text..

 

So this is what I cannot stand, lies from Laxmi, Brendan and Robert. I am

ready to go to any court and testify what I just wrote.

It includes Sanjay Dinanath at all ,

Can you people tell me any Indian name who moved out of India to conquer the

World with power.

We are known for that we are contended for our spiritual knowledge which

is superior to all.

 

For that sake i can declare that inspite of all corrupt practices , if any

body will have to learn spiritualism he will have to take birth in INDIA.

I and many others do not represent SJVC or to all of you .

But,

 

Remember you people represent to us and specifically to the Indian

Astrologers Community.

Don't harm to us .

If ever our fore fathers won the world then it is with spiritual wisdom and

not by authority and power.

 

And it comes with dare to sacrifice.

 

So what damage you people has done , forget to that and keep silence let it

be a sacrifice for the whole list , for me for others , for all those to

whom you reflect in 1 % or 99%.
