Hello

Cynthia, you are doing what you say you are against, you speak as if you are

really together, well thought out, and others are not. In these words, you

too are human.

As for Bush, he's a very GOOD MAN, if you like Anglo/Saxxons and their

beliefs and ways.

People do that thing you mentioned because they are processing towards

perfection. So, when they take a stand, it also has the added attributes of:

1. Trying to stand above others (to get something)

2. Making points in strange ways to get attention (often seeking approval)

These frailties color all our interactions. Security in self and knowledge

divine and universal is the best way to minimize these things.

Bombing is not intelligent, and not representative of perfection.

A friend of mine called me yesterday, and cried. Her daughter is being sent

to Irag with a Marine unit as a combat front nurse. This girl, born of Hare

Krishna parentage, a spiritual child, did not join the military to die. Bush

has her life in his hands, as does Saddam. I hope they don't kill her.

We are a good nation in many ways, as are all. We have a right and privelage

to wield the best weaponry on Earth, like no other, and must be responsible.

I think GWB does an OK job with that. What sucks about our ways is the way

we still play as if "White man is best". I don't feel true understqanding of

Arabs, at all, in our foreign policy. I do see greed.

My opinions.

Dear Das

I was trying to be humorous.

I thought I over did it and I guess it didn't make it through at all.

Guess I'll stick to humor in voice.

I see it al as ironic and I have a twisted sense of humor. I do not assume

that I'm together and others are not. I tried to point out that we are all

human and all foibled and it's most humorous that it all comes down to name

calling when non of us really "knows." I'm going back to my gardening now.

I was not at all meaning to stand on the mountain top and look down. My

apologies all around.
